Over the years, I've come to expect excellent service from your Service department and have never been disappointed. However, I was recently reminded of the uniqueness and value of Service Management by Darryl Fort and his associates in a most unusual manner.

My car had been disabled by a throttle problem and was being picked up from my home in Florence by a local towing service for repairs at your dealership. The driver and I had a short but telling conversation during which he remarked that his company towed more cars to Lexus of Charleston than to your competitor's site despite your being 40 miles farther. He offered further, that there could be only one reason for that. "It all boils down to taking good care of your clients and, evidently, that bunch in Charleston knows how it works and cares enough to do it".

I think he said it best. Thanks for giving us excellence through the entire Lexus Ownership Program.

We have had our Lexus serviced by Lexus of Charleston for about five years. During that time our contact has been Darryl Fort 90% of the time. I used to categorize a trip to a dealer's service department slightly below a root canal procedure, but not anymore. We have owned quite a few cars and have never experienced the type of treatment Darryl has provided during these five years. He is never too busy to speak with us and goes out of his way to make sure everything is done in a first class way.
