My wife and I recently purchased a pre-owned SC430. The car is sooooo beautiful and fun to drive. After completing our on-line purchase of this car we arrived at Lexus of Charleston to check-out the car and to our surprise the car was waiting in the back showroom along with a Lexus staff person who walked us through ALL this car had to offer. My wife Jackie test drove the car and I wasn't surprised when she returned to find out she had fallen in LOVE with this car.....My mission to find a SC430 within our budget ended with the Lexus of Charleston dealership which is about 80 miles from our home....The purchase started with an online request from....within minutes of my e-mail Heather responded with answers to all of my questions about the car....The dealership even had a "doggie room" for our dog Savannah to enjoy and she did. The sales manager, the car prep person, and the financial person, ALL treated us as though we had just purchased a $100K new car. What a way to run a car dealership. The entire facility was spotless; even down to the restrooms with hands free everything. Other car dealerships could learn from this facility. This dealership should be awarded a 5-STAR rating if there is such an award! Lexus, please keep your people first and you will continue to be the "BEST"

We have had our Lexus serviced by Lexus of Charleston for about five years. During that time our contact has been Darryl Fort 90% of the time. I used to categorize a trip to a dealer's service department slightly below a root canal procedure, but not anymore. We have owned quite a few cars and have never experienced the type of treatment Darryl has provided during these five years. He is never too busy to speak with us and goes out of his way to make sure everything is done in a first class way.
